When in the middle of a crisis, it is surprising just how beneficial it can be to take the focus off your immediate problems by considering the deep needs of someone else. Give yourself a rest from your own concerns, review this list, and consider these small ways you might improve the life of someone else. Sometimes your own help comes from the unlikeliest of places… even while you are out serving the needs of others.

We reply to inquiries when staff and volunteers are in the office Mondays through Thursdays from 9am to 5pm and Fridays from 9am to 3pm. We thank you for your participation!
